PromTime Fitness Ends to Begin Fit 2 Flaunt!
PromTime Fitness is coming to a end. It has been a great winter and spring program for Teen Girls. Huffines Recreational Center is a great place for Teens in the Richardson Community; keeping teens fit. Fit2 Flaunt is a self awareness teen fitness program. Teen Girls in the community, and surrounding communities getting together to set summer fitness goals. There will be give-aways, food activities, fitness, make-up activities and Health education. CLASSES ARE ONLY $40 A MONTH! Program starts in June and goes all the way to August. Sign your Teen up NOW; taking ages 13-19.

This past Friday B4 Fitness, Inc. launched PromTime Fitness and Teen Fitness with a BANG… Successful collecting water bottles, make-up, shoes, accessories, Prom Dress, workout towels and SO MUCH MORE! The companies President Tee Mayfield’s going forward plan is to build the class she has now before the program is launched in Desoto, Texas February 20th. She also stated that we must not lose focus of getting partnerships, donations and support from the community to help motivate and encourage Teen to stay Healthy and Fit for life. Pegasus News agreed with the company to Sponsor a community event and over the weekend the staff of B4 Fitness will be pulling together something that is beneficial to the community. TeeCherry Mayfield will also be announcing the drop off locations for Donating Prom Dresses to the Teens in the community!

iFight MMA Seminar Makes Press…….
TeeCherry of B4 Fitness teamed up with former UFC fighter Pete Spratt to host the iFight MMA Seminar that was held this past weekend at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Addison. The event brought out some of the best athletes that Dallas had to offer.
The event purpose was to promote the real meaning behind MMA and that it’s not just a brutal and violent art of martial arts. Read More
